What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and small commercial cleans with consistency and care

• Follow customized cleaning checklists and protocols

• Bring your own cleaning supplies (based on our provided standards)

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with the Grace Cleaning Company team

• Maintain a professional appearance and timely schedule

• Report completed tasks or any client notes after each service

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience

• Experience with residential clients preferred

• Reliable transportation

• A strong work ethic, integral, and clear communication

• Able to work independently and in a team setting

• Follow detailed instructions

• Polished, professional demeanor (you are the face of Grace in each space)

Bonus if You Have:

• Previous experience working as a contractor or in hospitality/housekeeping

• Familiarity with using Google Calendar or mobile scheduling apps

• Flexible availability (especially weekday mornings or early afternoons)
