Appointments are available to book starting February 1st 2023.
Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
Appointments are non-transferable. The “Grace at Home” holder is the only person allowed to use privileges.
Cancellation fees will apply for last minute cancellation or no-show appointment.

Cancellation policy
We understand life happens, however a last minute cancellation results in lost income and time. Due to this irreplaceable loss, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice of cancellation.
Any appointments cancelled within fewer than 48-hours prior to appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Same day or no show appointments will incur a $100 fee.
In the case, the late fee isn't paid, membership is subject to discontinuation.
Payment terms
Failure of recurring payments for 3, 6 or 12 month memberships will result in a $75 broken agreement fee.
Broken agreement fees are owed for the number of months the agreement is broken.
Broken agreement will result in discontinuation of current membership. A new membership will be require to continue services.
Repeat or routine payment negligence will result in paid-in-full services only or refusal of future services.
Disruption of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue your membership or refuse further services for the following reasons:
Repeated cancellations and rescheduling.
Client, family members or neighbor engage in disruptive, threatening or violent behavior, which can include but is not limited to yelling, verbal abuse, threats (outright or implied)
Payment negligence.
Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions.
Liability.
